（中央社記者廖壬楷台中13日電）台中市長林佳龍今天說，捷運綠線工地圍籬，是以工程進度決定拆除或退縮，「還路於民」的政策不會改變。

林佳龍下午參加104年度提升道路工程品質廉政座談會後，媒體詢及台中捷運文心路沿線工地，在發生工安意外後圍籬陸續圍起一事，他做以上表示。

林佳龍說，包括台北市政府與台中市政府，都宣布台中捷運綠線全線停工，會分段進行檢查，關於圍籬拆除或退縮，一定是以做好的路段為先。

林佳龍表示，如果工程完成，圍籬若未拆除或退縮，將影響行人或周邊店家權利，在安全考量下，「還路於民」的政策不會改變。1040413
